I do hope all who celebrate the Easter Holiday had a good holiday. I didn't eat one hard boiled egg this year. First time in years that has happened. The grandchildren still love to color Easter eggs. Brings back lots of memories with my own children and even farther back, when I was a kid.

Spring, a great time of year. The wild flowers are blooming now as well as a number of trees. Of course the ones who suffer from allergies aren't having a great time breathing this time of year. Mother nature certainly puts on a show and I am sure the visual is still breath taking even to hay fever victims once they can open their eyes long enough to see the beauty around them. Then again, maybe they just want to uproot every last plant. Members of my family are part of the sufferers. Some want to uproot, while others enjoy from a distance....a long distance.

Our next show isn't until May 12-14 in Del Mar, CA at the fairgrounds. This may change. It is the Quilt, Craft and Sewing Festival I have participated in past past years. do hope I get to see a couple of familiar faces. Check out their site at Quilt, Craft & Sewing.

Following Del Mar, you will find me in Albuquerque, NM at the Albuquerque Fiber Arts Fiesta on May 25-28th. This one just keeps getting better each year.
