I will be away from the office starting on Sept. 9th and returning on the morning of the 17th. First vacation in 18 years. I will be picking up email of course but orders will not be filled until I return. If I remember correctly, after a vacation I will be needing a vacation.

Cat number 4 disappeared last week and another one who decided he would rather live around the corner showed up for breakfast today. Very vocal as well. The last time cat 4 disappeared, he ended up staying with another family through the winter months to return to us once the rain stopped. He's probably doing the same thing again. Guess someone has better food than us.

Don't forget Shop Hop 10 is starting October 1st.

Our next show will be in Longmont CO, Quilt-A-Fair. It will be held on September 24th and 25th. That is a Friday and Saturday. Again this year it will be at the Boulder Fairgrounds. Do stop by and say hello.

Following Longmont will be Pacific International Quilt Festival. this will again be held in Santa Clara, CA at the convention center on October14, 15, 16 and 17th. Big, big show. Lots of quilts, so bring your camera, good walking shoes and a full, open day or two. Their web site has more information for you.
