The turkey is gone! Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. In less than a month, its cousin will be roasted for the enjoyment of all who come by for Christmas dinner and in the days following. About 7 years ago on Thanksgiving, I was having my friends family for dinner. Having cooked ham in the past, this should have been a no brainer. Well....the ham came wrapped twice, I only noticed one layer. I even coated the thing in pineapple. Plopped it into one of those cookin bags and into the oven for the time specified. Took it out and with the oldest of the friends kids, (female, 35) looking on, we both discovered at the same time that I hadn't removed the ham from its original bag. To this day Mary brings it up each and every time I cook a ham (good naturally I might add). That was the only time I ever had a ham with two wrappings on it. Best layed plans......

The next show in in January 2005. Road to California, from January 13-16 at the Ontario convention Center in Ontario, CA. So much to see, so much to do.
